Kansas City
So as I mentioned before I am heading to Kansas City. I am working on a project for work to improve our customer service perception scores. This is my first project and I really like it. I feel like I am actually involved and engaged. I am not just spinning my wheels doing the same thing over and over everyday. I am somewhat nervous, I want to make a good impression. I keep hearing that I will be rubbing shoulders with the big dogs of the company. I did get some good news, I won't have to 'dress to the nines', but I do have to participate in a presentation. I have always had some trepidation about being in the spotlight. I see myself as the guy behind; the curtain making things happen behind the scenes. I will force myself to get through it and do it well.
I do hope to see some of the city, I should have some time after the first day since we have to present first. I am ready for the cold and look forward to a break from Florida. If anyone has a good place I have to see let me know. I plan to see arrowhead stadium at least.
