Since I took the position at the Bookstore back in August, I'm starting to come to the conclusion that the only way to prevent a no-win scenario would be to work for myself. Unfortunately, that's not really in the cards right now, but possible in the future. All it takes is a good idea or the right time / place, right?
And its a bad thing if after only 3 months of the year, I'm at 100+ hours of comp time, and incredibly limited chances or opportunities to start to clear that, right?
Anyway, time to get cleaned up / presentable so I can go to work today and actually finish my staff's schedule for next week. Looks like I'll be adding to my "pool" of "supposedly recoverable hours" today.
Oh, and for reference: Total time worked above the 40 hour / week tipping point that comp time is measured against since I started? 200 hours.
