New House for the Familiars!
Freetime means need moar room for moar stuff time for a new house! I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out I still need to landscape, build a pool, plant the garden, put up the ceiling tiles and do some odds and ends decorating but it's currently playable and picture ready.

From the Front two stories + basement + garage
The view from the other corner major landscaping needed.
Backyard - garden and pool, we'll probably hold off on the pool till after Emma's wedding. Covered grilling porch for the hot tub.
Overheads starting with the basement, all the area with the blue carpet is storage. Large skilling/badge area, lockable music room, half bath, home gym/sauna/ballet bar.

We enter from the front door.
The you better scream loudly Mr. Headmaster and give me my points entrance hallway.
To the right off the entry is the nursery. It's meant primarily for sleeping, there's a playroom for the toys.
Nursery connects through a bathroom to the first Adult bedroom, this is David and Tania's room.
Behind their room but not connected is the game room. Exits to the back porch and the Great Room.

Off the Great Room is the Kitchen still Tranquility just a new color :)
Dining room off the kitchen with exit to back porch.
Also off the kitchen is the empty garage, I'll probably move at least one of the cars in here.
The dogs room is in the back of the garage with their own porch entry, dog only bath right outside. There's another small storage room beside this room.
Between the entry hall and the great room is the play room. David and Titania will need to walk through here to get to their bedroom or they can enter their room from the nursery / bath.
Front of the house off the entry is a small study. Book skilling here plus a few computers.
The hallway that connects every thing stairs up and down we'll go up first.

Second adult bedroom this one will be Emma and Aldric's
Girls room
Boys room there's another bathroom between the girls and boys rooms.
On the front side of the hallway is the sewing room :) It will also double as the why the frack did you dump the toddler upstairs?? room.

Career rewards, we have four police scanners! Not a single one has been used since Cass brought the bookcase home.
Music room with everything but the piano (great room) and the violin (upstairs)
Home gym just in case anyone wants to work out. David was supposed to be a fitness nut but since he's never ever rolled a want to work out (9 active) I switched him to science. Eva's the only person currently in the house that's active enough to roll wants to work out, but someone may autonomously use the barre or the bike.
