So, without so much as an automated cookie cutter response from the "Dell advocate" I e-mailed in over a week, I decided to step up the game, and have submitted a complaint to the NC Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau. I am not expecting any response from dell at this point, as it is apparent they don't give a shit how crappy of a product they are putting out, as long as they are taking your money. Again I am making this public and invite any of these supposed "customer advocates" that are trolling livejournal to speak up and offer some assistance on behalf of your company.
