So... this is going to be a little embarassing. But I figured its time to man up and get a little bit of external accountability to my fitness. For the past 5 months, I've been working out on a pretty regular basis. The weight really started to melt off around Oct-Nov, but then I stalled around the holidays. Now I'm having a hard time really getting back into the groove of things. So I figured every week, I'm going to post a picture of myself on here until I hit my goal of 230 pounds. I want to hit this goal by December of this year.
So any kind of feedback will be appreciated, even fat jokes will be motivation. Just don't be too harsh... I cry easily ;)
