woooo wooooo
Its a good feeling to look at my investment account and see that I've saved $1,000. thats I think the most that I've ever really saved, my whole life. I'm hoping to just save it for my retirement seeing how it is starbucks stock and that in 20 years it will probably have split 5 more times and be worth a bagillion dollars. not that I'm going to retire at 43 but....its a nice thought to think of how much I'd have in a few years.
I went on 2 dates this weekend, yipee. The one was with the cowboy and it was simply driving around in his truck chatting, dinner then hanging at my place wishing he would just go home because I was tired and I knew he liked me and I wasn't interested at all. He's a real nice guy but he's still technically married and I'm just not attracted to him. After several blantant hints he got the message and left but ...he called the next day wanting to hang out this weekend and I still haven't called him back. I just think avoiding is so much easier, ha not when I have to go to the ranch next week and see him. oh well.
The next day I went with a group of people fly fishing! This girl from starbucks is attempting a hook up between this totally hottie, whoooo hoooo and I. fly fishing was great and dan even greater so we'll see where that leads. He went to hudson's bay high school so his family is based in the great couve. ya never know..maybe he'll want to move back with me, ha. at any rate I had one of my top 10 days fishing, it was great weather I had great company and I even caught a fish.
I started packing, I've packed 2 whole boxes and a suit case. Plus dug through some drawers and threw out stuff that I never wear. good feelings. I get to fly home in 2 weeks!!!! can't wait to see them.
