Jethro Gibbs turned off the main highway onto the two lane road that would lead them to Stillwater.  He should be at the hospital in a little over an hour where he would hopefully find out exactly what was going on with DiNozzo.  The team leader was well aware of the fact that his usual gruff tactics wouldn’t work this

Loved the tension in the flashback scene and also like the pace with which you're dropping hints of what happened between Vance and Tony into the story. Just enough to move the story on but without drawing it out or throwing everything in at once.
