Oh no, it looks like our LA office got hit hard.

Poor Nate, but it looks as if he died a happy man. Wonder if that means the killer is a woman?

And Sam. He is tough, but if he has been drugged all bets are off. We need to find him.

That's a very astute observation, Ziva (about the killer possibly being a woman).

I've got to wonder, though, why Sam has disappeared and wasn't just killed. Maybe he's being used for another purpose? Hm...

What purpose would that serve? Killing Nate but kidnapping Sam? Would they both not serve the same purpose? Motto: We don't leave our own. Unless it's personal.

It wouldn't be his first visit back to our office since he left. I'm still upset that he didn't at least say hello to us while he was here. :/

Actually, I was investigating Sam's kidnapping and Nate's death. You might have heard of investigating?

At least we're on the same wavelength as far as Nate goes. Jumping to conclusions this early in the investigation will get us nowhere. Let's get busy, partner...Uh, busy looking for the assassins. What? Get that stupid grin off your face!
