I found this while I was looking for friendship stories and loved it despite the fact that I don't usually enjoy post-Twilight fics. What makes this one different? The grief is there, but it doesn't turn Tony and McGee into wailing, teeth-gnashing bundles of angst. Life goes on, and there is banter and grousing and it's all perfectly in character.
