Best crossover?

I posted the pairings, categories and rules yesterday. A request has come up for a Best Crossover category. Yes/no? If yes, a category of its own (like Best gen and Best casefile), or a category below each pairing?

ETA: Is anyone willing to mod a Best crossover category? It will be like Best gen and Best casefile, because as others have said, I doubt there are enough stories to have it as a category for each pairing.
