I have no idea if I'll be able to get around to anything, because as a teacher, June is a sucky month to try to have free time, but I was curious... I seem to recall from previous challenges (although I never could do it due to time or prompt limitations) that artwork was allowed/acceptable; however, here you just reference stories. Would artwork be acceptable?

Yep, artwork is absolutely welcome, I stopped referencing because it never came up :) basic rules still apply

This is my first attempt at the thing-a-thon so I apologize if this is a stupid question!

I notice in your rules you ask that in some way it be connected with this LJ group... how is the best way to do that when the story/work is complete? If I post it on my normal LJ, do I just link to yours saying "From Thing a thon on _____" ?? any suggestions here to make sure I comply with this rule?

Alright, I haven't written any kind of fic-a-thon/smut-a-thon/thing-a-thon in a while but I think I'm trying to. As long as I find a betareader. But the prompts are funny. =)
