Uh, creepy. On lots of levels.
Instead of how creepy we find Tony's appreciation of the Good Wife's Guide from a potential husband's perspective, let's talk about how creepy we find Tony's whole Good Agents Club attitude?
From The Good Wife's Guide:
Take 15 minutes to rest so you'll be refreshed when he arrives. ...be fresh looking. ... His boring day may need a lift and one of your duties is to provide it. (Maybe this explains those naps at his desk.)
Greet him with a warm smile and show sincerity in your desire to please him.
Don't ask him questions about his actions or question his judgment or integrity. Remember, he is master of the house and as such, will always exercise his will with fairness and truthfulness.
Any of that seem familiar? Yeah. And about that Stockholm Syndrome Kate mentioned ... ya think Tony would hit or shoot anyone who tried to take Gibbs away from him, even though Gibbs abuses him?
Now, I am a Gibbs/DiNozzo shipper, and most of the time I find their interactions endearing, but this ep shone an ugly light on it. Sobering.
At least Tony made 3 good contributions to the case by finding the access to the first tunnel, figuring out the priest, and locating the "wedding" album.
