Anyway, my ships...
1. Tony/Ziva. I love Ziva, so when she was introduced, I wanted someone to ship her with. I have a thing about superior/subordinate ships, meaning I don't tend to read them, so that pretty much left out Gibbs/Ziva and Jenny/Ziva. I liked her a lot with Courtney in whatever episode that was, but she was a minor character, and no one really writes it. I can read Ziva/Abby, but I am more of a McGee/Abby shipper, so the latter tends to cancel the former out. This also rules out McGee/Ziva in my book. Consequently, I'm left with Tony/Ziva. I loved the flirting/banter/one-upsmanship of their early relationship, and I hope the writers get back to that.
2. McGee/Abby. I don't know if it is because it was canon for that brief while (and I'm a sucker for canon usually) or if I just like the idea of their dissimilar personalities clicking, but I love them together.
While those are my two main pairings, I also like and/or have read Gibbs/Jenny, Gibbs/Hollis Mann, Kate/Ari, and Gibbs/Kate.

I miss the banter between Tony and Ziva! It was so entertaining! I loved the bit about the sperm bank in Probie XD

I love that aspect of Ziva/the show. I know a lot of people enjoy serious/character-centric shows, but I just want a continuation of the humor/banter. :) I actually think that they've been doing a pretty good job of it (for all characters) this season.

I think they're doing very well this season! I'm even more hooked than I was before!!!

I did see the chemistry/subtext in Sub Rosa, even as I was telling myself that I shouldn't go for a superior/subordinate relationship, so I agree that it was definitely powerful chemistry! *grin*

And I have a slight soft spot for Kate and Ari, but only in the fandom world. Not that they can have a Kate/Ari ship on the show now since they're both dead.

I loved Kate/Ari after the first season. Ari hit all of my spots, being a morally ambiguous, possibly dangerous guy. When Twilight aired, I started out being pissed that Kate died, but ended up being mostly pissed that they'd turned a complex, morally ambiguous character into a straight villain. Since that moment, I haven't been able to read much in the way of Kate/Ari stories (or even just Ari stories). I tried an AU, but I didn't make it far with it. I'm (sadly) too wedded to canon. :(

I have to admit, I love Kate/Ari. I love AU Kate/Ari, since they can't exactly have Kari in the episodes XD

And I agree about the Ari thing. I wish he'd stuck around because he was such an interesting villain! You couldn't really tell if he was bad or good or what! And he had a way of charming you and making you believe what he told you! I hate obvious villains who are just a handlebar mustache and a maniacal laugh away from being Snidely Whiplash :P
