::Sighs happily::

Lovely, Ren. Truly lovely.

So much to admire including yet more Jenn-bashing, and perfectly done. I could just see her face and the whole scene.

Jethro's reluctance to be there was easy to feel and see and I loved the comment about his gaze, it certainly is a freezing one. And being blackmailed into going, nice idea. As was him knowing that he was able to and did use his height to his advantage.

And a lovely almost bitter-sweet meeting between him and Ducky on the balcony (the now one), and their having to hide their love, so well done.

As was the flashback scene, the meeting, the mutual attraction and a very nice idea that Gibbs already considered himself bisexual and for him beauty was beauty, no matter what the sex.

And the final little back to now scene. So moving and touching. And Jethro's final words ::melt::

Thank you for this lovely challenge story.

Thanks so much Nikki, I do value your opinion very much. I am glad you enjoyed it.

I was going through some Steel screencaps to see where I needed to start resending them to you, and in one of the pics I noticed a cap of Steel in a dinner jacket(as you know) and thought it would do as a lovely scene in an NCIS fic.

Talking of Steel, must get on with my other challenge :))

Once again thanks Nikki

I did enjoy it, Ren. I really do. I'm touched that my opinion is valued - thank you.

Ooh, more goodies. Thank you. No rush at all. You keep on writing, we don't want to interrupt the flow.

I do think he looks particularly gorgeous in a DJ. Ah, you mean a NCIS/S&S crossover story? Hmmm, the mind is slowly turning here, after all, given what Silver & Steel are and how we know they time travel, it wouldn't require much stretch of the imagination to do that. As indeed you did do in your lovely 'honeymoon room' story, where the NCIS couple made a cameo appearance.

Talking of Steel, must get on with my other challenge

Oooh, another story...

It does look as if I implied a NCIS/S&S cross over, and well it has certainly put an idea in my head, and I do so like putting little references or a sentence or two relating to my other fandoms in my fics. So not being able to resist it I guess that would be the way to go.
:))))
Perhaps a cross over challenge at some point haha. :))

I really enjoyed this and you fufilled the challenge beautifully.

One little nitpick -- where you have Despite residing in the bellows of the NCIS building I do find it strangely invigorating to work there.
I think you mean "bowels of the building."

I just can't help it -- I'm a beta. When I read stories I'm subconciously checking stuff. I normally don't mention things, but this one had me going "huh?"

I loved how you showed Ducky and Gibbs meeting and the rapport between them. You got their characters really well.

There are so many Man From Uncle stories with the theme of "how they met" and not nearly enough NCIS ones. Thanks for this.

“You are my world”

Ahhhhhhhh.....*happy sigh* Perfect line, perfect title! A lovely set of scenes, both of which were very rich with description. I could see them happening in my head. :) I really liked how the two of them met - very believable and filled with possibilities that both men obviously felt. *g* Thanks for sharing this with us! I have lots of warm fuzzies now. :)
