Oooh, what a wonderful "birthday" present for the community. Definitely a lovely story following Smoked with the right balance of passion, romance, and humour. I loved the idea of Palmer and Lee being the equivalent of a cold shower for Gibbs. And the end with Fornell was very interesting too. I'm beginning to like Fornell more in canon, and it's nice to see how you've portrayed him vis a vis the Gibbs/Ducky relationship.

If only the next canon episode was like this ;-)

I'm glad that Fornell is growing on you too; I always feel that if anyone knows (and I know I often write them 'out') it'd be Fornell because of his friendship with Gibbs.
