What's come over you, Nikki? I think we need to send Ducky over to check your temperature!
Seriously, though: very funny, and I liked the subtle hints at Ducky/Gibbs throughout.

Thank you, Fiona! It's actually the second DiNozzo's POV story I've written! But it does poke fun at him, so.....
Thank you very much. I'm glad you enjoyed it and the subtle hints.
But you can certainly send Ducky my way to take my temperature - Gibbs too, if you want to er.... I'll think of something, ah yes, make me coffee? I do drink it the same way as she does (albeit not as strong). But Ducky on his own would do nicely.

I enjoyed the story. The hatbrim scene is on of my favorite moments in the series. I noticed you even made a icon of it.
And even though it's a "DiNozzo" story, you still did manage to get the interaction between our two favs in there. By the way, has Ducky ever actually said "My dear" in the series or is that a fandom thing.

Thank you. I love the hat brim scene too. Every time I see it, I try to decide whether it was scripted or just something MH put in when he realised he couldn't see DMc's eyes and face. I did indeed make an icon, a few in fact. You should have seen them on the G/D Comm, they're all up for grabs.

Ducky says 'my dear' a great deal in the series. Admittedly I don't recall him actually calling Jethro 'my dear', but the phrase is canon.
