Please help recruit members. The general consensus so far is that you all want to vote for a winner, but in order to do that, we need more members. So, please, help promote the community!

I tried to join the community, but unfortunately the community still has closed membership. Maybe you should chance this to moderated membership. In this way you still have control about who to accept as a new member, but users don't have to contact you first to ask for permission, which may now hold off some potential new members ...

Well, it says on the info page to watch the community, but after you said this, I realized that I could still control who posted even with open membership. So, thank you!

No problem. Took me a while to figure out this whole community settings too ;)

Edit: I pimped the community over at madame_director. Maybe it'll help.

Thank you! I've wanted to do this for a while, but we never had enough active members to do it, so hopefull we will be able to do it. This week will be a test run, and if there were enough responses, we'll continue doing it.

You're welcome.
And working with membership instead of only letting people watch the community, has one big advantage: you can work - if necessary - with friend-locked entries only real members are able to read, but not everyone else (on the watch list).
I hope the test run will be a success! I've never before did something with caption, but I'm looking forward to try it ;)
