2019 NCIS Big Bang Art Claim ***CLOSED***
Underneath the cut are all of the summaries submitted for Art Claim.
Most artists at least provide cover art or a banner, but you are not limited to that. Art may be photoshop, illustrations, videos, etc. You should produce at least one piece of art that can be posted with, or linked to, from the story. You may certainly produce as much art as you would like. If you want to portray a scene from each chapter, favorite scenes, chapter headings, dividers, icons, wallpapers, create multiple banners, etc., you are more than welcome to do so. You may submit all or allow the Author to choose (and they may choose ALL!). Your art should be based on the fiction it is representing.
The art you submit for this challenge must be created by you. You may not submit someone else's artwork. Untouched or cropped downloaded photos are not acceptable submissions for art. Simply adding text to an otherwise untouched or cropped downloaded photo is also not acceptable. You must artistically alter the photo beyond adding text and cropping. Creating a collage is acceptable. Moderators may ask to see the originals that you worked from to determine whether your submission is acceptable or not.
Authors: If you have not yet sent in your Rough Draft, you may still send it in at any time. If I receive any more eligible rough drafts in the next few hours, I am happy to add them to the art claim. If you send a rough draft in after today, it will need to be 100% complete (can still be pre-beta). As long as I receive your rough draft by the time I am putting the schedule together, I am happy to add you to the schedule. If we do not receive your rough draft and have not heard from you, we will assume you have dropped out of the challenge.
All artwork and stories are expected to be completed and ready to post by September 30th.
All participants should watch this community for the schedule availability post in mid-September and the posting schedule in late September. Posting to begin in October. We appreciate your participation as it is much easier to put the schedule together when we hear from all participants. Authors must submit a rough draft to be included on the posting schedule.

He resigned from NCIS, but before he could make good on his escape out of the country; Tony confronted him. Gibbs ended up staying, but things are still different and there is more than one motivation behind Gibbs' change of mind.

Tony is distraught when Gibbs loses his memory. At first, Tony puts his full focus on work. After all, Gibbs baled on the team to join Mike Franks in Mexico. The team still needed a leader and with Gibbs gone, that role fell onto Tony’s shoulders.
But then Gibbs returned. The only thing worse than Gibbs not remembering their relationship was Gibbs dating Hollis Mann. Tony can’t stand it and seeks a way to leave his past behind. However, just getting away isn’t enough. The past keeps troubling him. Even though he knows he should move on with his life, he simply can’t let go of his memories of the wonderful relationship he and Gibbs had. Can anything help him heal?

So why does Gibbs find Tony in his apartment later that night? And why does this Tony swear so much and have so many tattoos and piercings? What was going on here?
This is an AU where one Tony dies on the rooftop via a bullet meant for Kate and in a parallel universe, a different Tony does the same thing and is catapulted into this universe where their Tony had been killed. Another Tony is blasted into this different parallel universe, one where their Tony was dead, and magic is not a known thing.

Summary:
A hit and run case, a man poisoned, another's head bashed in, have only one thing in common - a headless pigeon. Tony investigates and stumbles across a serial killer on the loose for more than twenty years. Receiving no help from Gibbs, he gets help from the BAU in identifying and apprehending the killer. Sounds easy? But it never is.

- You may claim a story by noting the title and/or the number posted with the summary.
- Each summary will be assigned to only one artist.
