the exp from last night
well i went to the hospital last night around 11:50pm. I was having the worst headache i have ever had in my life and i went to take a shower so i would be clean incase i had to go to the doctor. well i got my shower, turned off the water and that was all i remember until i came to and crawled out of the shower. i passed out again and when i came to the paramedics were here at the house and i was taken to the hospital where they did a CT Scan of my brain and they drew blood and they did a lumbar puncture. I scared the hell out of Troy and Todd and Sharon and Kerry, who were with me at the time this took place. My blood pressure when i was taken to the hospital was 160/100 and when i came home it was back to 117/76. I was given morphine and toradol(msp?) at the hospital for the pain in my head. Which also helped some with the pain in my back from where they did the lumbar pucture. They tried three times the lumbar puncture but couldnt get any fluids(i was dehydrated a bit) and i told them they had to stop. i was in too much pain from the lumbar puncture by the third failed attempt. My back is still hurting today from the lumbar puncture.........so this was my really big wake up call that i need to take care of myself better than i have been.
