this week is really THIS week....
this week, all i can say alot had happened....
all i can say is shock after shock...
oh yea these shocks i can say it links together..
so lets start on my latest shock
i have been diagnose with quite a shocking illness...
i'm suffering from Herpes Zoster AKA Shingles
What is Shingles?
Description
A viral infection caused by varicella (reactivated chickenpox virus). After recovery from chickenpox, some virus particles continue to survive for decades. This surviving virus lives in clusters of nerve cells called nerve roots where it is protected from your immune system . The virus re-emerges many years later causing painful lesions that look like pimples. They typically appear on only one side of the body and are localized to one area. Stress, old age and other infections can cause the re-emergence of the virus.
okie why i'm stressing on the STRESS part becos yes i have been stress these past few months...and ever since towards end of August, my stress level might have been pushed to the limit... from life to work to school...
okie life part i cant say much only that family issues somehow its in the process of doing better..Insya-Allah... my personal life...hmm i shall not disclose much only that i have resented on this issue..well how can i put it... i have expected it to happen so yea because i have been through it so many times that this time around i have become stronger than before... thats just my fate... :/
work stress...i had a pretty busy week last week...and with other issues at work which i dont want to disclose so yea shall just end it here..
school...with all the other issues added up plus struggling to finish my assignment, it really put the cherry on top of the most hectic week i have ever experience...but Alhamdullilah, UniSIM extending the dateline due to glitches on Blackboard...
well but last week besides all the hectic stuff, i had my best day too...yes like finally i went to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS SINGAPORE!! XD
and i quite conqured my fears on taking thrill rides... yes! if last time i dun scream while taking thrill rides, this time i let it all out!! and the shiok-ness is WOW!! haha... it was definitely fun! one of the best days i ever had in years... looking forward to more fun, laughter, peace n joy soon...^_^
now back to my illness...at first i tot it was just pain from my accidental bump into the escalator... my right waist was feeling painful..so i went to my GP and she said it was just pain from the bruising injury..so was given 1 day MC and painkillers...the next day it gotten worst and red patches starts to develop... I still carried on with work and even get to watch Mortal Instruments (oh its damn nice but complicated XP).... but as days gone by, the pain had become even worst...so i let my mom and sis see the patches... my sis suddenly told me it looks like shingles..and i was confused so did some research and the symptoms matches but i dont really wanna think it was shingles..i still think it must be other skin problems... but then today i really cannot take it...so went to Polyclinic instead..and yes it was confirmed as Shingles...The shock of my life.....0.0..and now i'm given 5 days MC for it...haiz...
im actually having mixed feelings about my leave.... i'm glad i got my break but i am more worried about my werk....thinking abt my job it really worries me alot...haiz... but i shouldnt complain about being ill because according to hadith, when you are sick, Allah is trying to get rid of all your sins...in other words he is giving you a chance to repent and forgiving you of all your sins...Insya-Allah.. i hope that i will get better...cos i really need to...
