Imagine a few million microscopic automatons that could be injected into your body and carry out their objectives, whether that be destroying cancer cells, freeing white blood cells from AIDS, or even helping your body fight a cold. Nanites are going to be pretty huge in the future and I think it could be an opportunity for wealth. The only problem is that when something powerful is invented to be used for good, almost always someone will attempt to use it for evil. Nanites being used for evil isn't a pretty thought at all, so antibodies would have to be developed as a safeguard against the nanites. It would be similar to anti-virus software but on an organic scale.
