...and I don't care. I miss living in Steeler's Country and I miss being home with my parents going nuts watching the game. I watched a good amount of the game but there was no reason to. I used to love love love football season because it meant marching band season! It means autumn and wind and leaves and colors! Anywho, the Browns really suck and ( Read more... )

You are right. The crime is really bad...
Its like in the top 10 of the most dangerous cities. If im not mistaken I think it was 2nd or 3rd.

Almost Every big city has its crime though. Im not giving it an excuse lol because Cleveland is scary but I still find it more interesting than akron.

Not saying there isnt any nice areas in akron because there are but I just find the city to be relatively boring.

idk. But yeah I dont think I would live in cleveland. you are right it is dangerous. I hear a lot of people going from cleveland to columbus.

Columbus to me is better than both because theres a lot of suburbs (more than clev and akron) surrounded that are pretty much relatively safe. There are some really bad areas and there is crime of course considering its the 15th largest city in the u.s but I just try to stay out of those areas.

TBH I seriously was more scared in Cincinnati than cleveland. I have no idea why though. I mean both are bad and are on the list of the most dangerous citities but Cincinnati to me just seems more scary.

Theres also some areas in akron that look pretty damn scary too. For its size the crime is becoming high. I bet you akron will be like cleveland in a few years. Its getting bad

Surely Youngstown Ohio is on the top 20 most dangerous cities. I can see Akron ending up on the list in a few years up there with Youngstown.

Columbus might also be up there too in a few years considering some criminals are starting to live in the suburbs.Hopefully it wont end up dead like cleveland though. Probably not

lol clevelands rating went down. maybe there is hope
it was seriously number 2 or 3 last year

Youngstown and cinci went up though :/

buffalo ny..hm new on the list.

Ive been wanting to move out of this state for the longest.

If there was a job in my career and was hiring in columbus I would have stayed there.

Its either columbus or nothing really .

I would move out of state if I could

that is last year's...
2006, cleveland was apparently 7th...

i've no affinity to ohio anymore so really i don't care. the only thing that is good about living here is the winters aren't as bad as they are farther north and we don't have to evacuate for hurricanes or crazy forest fires.

pittsburgh > cleveland

I think because I heard you say something about living near Pittsburgh. I have a good memory I guess.

ive been to pittsburgh. it looked nice but I heard its boring
then again maybe they dont know what they are talking about.

I was only there for a day and I liked what I saw (geography is way nicer than here) but I cant tell since I never lived there.
