HEE. I love that weird car ad promo more now. You make the best banners.
Which side are you on? Militia, Rebels or Mathesons? The Mathesons are my people.
Name: Mustbethursday3/Thursday Location: Australia. Yes, we have kangaroos. No, I have not touched one.

What do you love most about 'Revolution'? Charlie and Miles. The above mentioned sword fighting. Maggie... I loved her. The ridiculous size of the Revolution Universe - it could go anywhere; they could introduce so many kinds of people who all survived differently, but similarly, have changed from who they were. I love broken people.
What do you hope to see in this season (in terms of character development and plot)?Charlie - hand to hand (or sword to sword) fighting, Miles needs to teach her something - give me lessons, Show. I want her to

Favourite character(s): Charlie. Then Miles. Maggie. Aaron. Jeremy....
Least favourite character(s): Nora? No...wait - Danny. He just keeps escaping and getting captured, and I need him to get a haircut.
Favourite pairing(s)/ship(s): Charlie/Miles (I blame the Show), Maggie/Miles (I was thinking about it ep 4...until, you know), Aaron/Inane banter, Aaron & Maggie (friendship).
Crack pairing(s)/ship(s): Charlie/Monroe and Maggie/Monroe...I don't even know where these came from in my head, but they're there. I added a Question for it, even. Coz I am an Awful Crack Shipper, who takes random people, and thinks - that would be awesome \o/ ...knowing it will never happen.
Favourite moment (so far): OH tough question, Mercy! I think, it's a tie between: the 'I remember you' scene with M and C episode 5, and episode 2's (?) comparison of Rachel and Charlie's first kills (with a gun); I like that 'strong like you mother' stuff. Doing bad stuff for the right reasons ~ ♥
Worst moment (so far): Maggie dying because TPTB wanted to show that

Ugh, I agree with you on soooo manyyy thiiings (which I'm sure are self-evident). But to name one less obvious one, definitely Aaron--he is still this huge mystery, this guy that we don't know but I feel represents a huge part of the hope for the return of the power. There's so much about him that's missing and incomplete. I can't wait to be let in on it.
And as an aside, Danny's hair bothers me, too. Maybe it's petty to sit there and poke at one thing, but seriously. Can't the dude get better hair than that despite the lack of power? Really hoping for a military upgrade once Neville and Monroe are done brain-washing him.
Are we going to have to strike out Maggie now whenever we talk about her? ;;
And as an aside, Danny's hair bothers me, too. Maybe it's petty to sit there and poke at one thing, but seriously. Can't the dude get better hair than that despite the lack of power? And people call Charlie's hair "commercial!hair". *facepalm* I find it hard to take him seriously with that hairstyle.

The dynamics between the characters, specifically Miles and Charlie. I love those two, both individually and together. The show really thrives when they are at tension with each other or are vulnerable toward each other. IMO. (I just read you one shot over at tumblr. It's hotter than anything this couple had so far and they didn't even had sex. Totally made my Saturday. :D Also, I was going to send you an AO3 invite but they don't hand them out atm but as soon as I get one, you're the first to know.)
Favourite moment (so far): Toward the end of the Pilot when Miles kicks tons of ass. Seriously. Can we get another one of those? I have high hope for the moment when Monroe, Miles and Charlie meet. There HAS to be a battle of epicness bewteen these three.
The show really thrives when they are at tension with each other or are vulnerable toward each other. IMO.
They're the heart.

Yeah, *nods* that didn't even occur to me. And she's different with him, or was (she'll probably be different again, next time they meet) - I want to see their dynamic again. Like, what would he do for her?
Sebastian/The Power
Don't judge him. He's just a man who knows what he wants...if he wants to collect helicopters and ships and trains, let him be. He'll be no trouble to anyone..Wait. Scratch that - he's named a state/republic after himself and has his minions men branded with his first initial XD
*giggles* You know what I don't get? If the power comes back on, everyone has power right? Sooo...he's just hoping everyone will be cool with him retaining ownership of his own army and you know...everyone's lives? Is he thinking this through?
Which side are you on? Militia, Rebels or Mathesons? Mathesons. I'm a sucker for familiy bonds and all that comes with it and the Mathesons are like the jackpot. So many connections (past and present), so many feelings, so many possibilities. \o/

What prompted you to watch 'Revolution' in the first place? Before I even had any feelings towards the characters, it was the whole setting of the show that called to me. I love post-apocalyptic scenarios and Revolution has it in spades. Then there's this certain Steampunk-ish notion (especially in 1x05 'Soul Train') that appears from time to time plus the whole sword-fighting. After the pilot, it were also Charlie and Miles with their complicated relationship that kept me interested. And when it became clear there's like a trillion secrets going round, I was sold.

Favourite character(s): Charlie. Oh, how I missed a good and well-written female lead, one who's more realistic and not this pretty-face-with-no-brain. According to some, she comes across as whiney and pouty but if you take a real look at her past, the sheltered life she led that shielded her from most of the cruel new world, it becomes clear that she's been thrown in the pits of hell and it's a miracle she's managed to keep her innocence and ideals for so long (and hopefully won't forsaken them). It's also her constant clash with Miles (showing the stark contrast between them) which is one of my favourite parts.
Least favourite character(s): Nora and Nate? I don't really know 'cause I rarely dislike a character to the point of wanting them gone but if it comes down to it, it's probably Nora. She hasn't really made an impression on me yet. *shrugs*
Favourite pairing(s)/ship(s): Miles/Charlie. So wrong but so good. I have no idea what the writers thought by letting them have so many moments that could be interpreted as much

I actually assumed she'd have left to go get...something (that would help them get Danny) by now. It's not that she doesn't fit - it's that I only see her in relation to getting Miles to talk about Charlie, or getting Charlie to understand Miles better. Like a conduit, as opposed to a person with her own issues and wants.
Miles's part of the Militia.
Oooh I almost want to change my fav revelation, now. Coz that was a good one - Hey Charlie? That giant army of thugs who stole your brother (and killed your dad)? Well, your new Uncle actually created and trained them. So, yeeeeh deal with that.
English isn't my native tongue and most times it's a battle to make the words do what I want but sometimes I do win the fight.

I took to just blocking people on tumblr who were commenting on Charlie's tag just to say they thought she was dumb/bratty/spoiled/etc.
She's had a couple bratty moments but has owned up to them, and they were pretty common rants for teens. (Primarily the bit with Maggie at the beginning, which read to me pretty normal for someone not wanting to admit they care about a stepparent because they aren't over missing their biological parent) and she's smart and adaptable and does pretty well for her limited means. (I mean, she only had to use that crossbow before for hunting game. Now, I'm not going to undermine rabbits here, but that's a bit different from an armed human larger and more experienced than you who probably has actual combat training.)
Which side are you on? Militia, Rebels or Mathesons? Team Charlie. And whoever she ends up joining. (Or not.)

Interesting...personally, I hope we continue to see similarities between Rachel and Charlie - until they meet and...is it horrible of me to hope Charlie takes it very badly? That it spins her world on it's head. Her abandonment issues started with this woman, so fingers crossed they have ridic chemistry.
i don't think they'll kill Danny. But I didn't think they'd kill Maggie either...still, I'm sure they get him to do impressive Arc-y things before they bumped him off. Like make him get a haircut.
I feel bad that Kipke's need to show that no one's safe actually worked on me. Boo.

I think the explosion there is going to be that Miles made Rachel leave (their working together to protect Ben?) and that's it's highly probable that he knows she's being held prisoner and left her there.

It's just so fascinating, removing the safe structure of established society, the loss of electricity, and seeing how everything fell apart (and was rebuilt, a little) in fifteen years.
What I love as well (coz what you've mentioned is awesome) is the fact that if this Show was to go for more than one or two seasons...they could get the power back on, and then struggle with that too.
