I know we kinda discussed this before but...
If you have read the interview, you saw the And [we hinted that] Rachel and Miles have a very secret history.
Now, I still hope that they aren't going to go the Rachel-and-Miles-had-an-affair-and-Charlie-is-Mile's-daughter route cuz the cliche of it/I don't want to lose my ship.
Here's my theory of their history: I think Rachel gave Miles the idea to assassinate Bass and/or helped him plan it. Or it could be the fact we saw him take her into custody of the militia
