The moon is thick and fat and he shakes and shivers and the house he's in is cold and dirty and he's by himself after damn well being executed and he tries to stand, but he falters and falls to his knees on the grungy floor. And it's all he can do to not allow himself to dissolve into a puddle of fucking mess and tears and he crumbles, hands on his thighs, stomach twisted, brain pounding, he's alive after experiencing something no one should have to ever live through,
