Called the SPCA's abuse hotline, got put on hold for ten minutes, and was then very rudely told that if I didn't have the address they couldn't do anything. I was like, "Oh well, I see how much you actually care about those poor dogs" and the lady changed her tune. I gave them as close to an address as I could figure out (I know exactly where he lives, down to street name, but not the house number) and received a case number.
Supposedly they won't give out my name, but if they do.. shit may hit the fan. I don't really care though, I'm sick of people treating their dogs like crap and breeding too soon and too much. Fuck it. For once it's within my power to do something, and no one can say I didn't try. They have eleven puppies, two bullies and two other dogs in one house. One house that is ALSO occupied by like, six kids and five adults.
