So I feel better now that im home but im still struggling with my mental issues and such. I am hoping that in atleast 2 weeks I will have an appointment with a therapist so I can stop thinking about everything in my head or to my friends who dont care or listen because they are good but shouldnt have to. I have almost back down to 215 . Somedays I am and some days im not like today because im bloated. Im not going to be happy until im down to atleast 210 but as far as my schedule goes everything is good. If i lose atleast 2 pounds a week i should be down to 185 by may. I like deadlines.
I cant wait to start teaching on monday then maybe my life wont feel so empty.
