You know? There's nothing better than a Sunday morning in spring. A bagel, a latte, and you're set. Or, you know, the breakfast food of your choice ( Read more... )

I've never liked eating breakfast, but that could be because I can't stand eggs.

I am clinging to hope like something clinging to hope.

Eggs have never been my favorite, either. Though, let me tell you? Bacon was a revelation. Still, nothing beats coffee and a bagel.

How are you enjoying being female?

Oh, don't get me started on bacon. I was forced to eat it way too often as a child. You know how things are growing up in New Zealand. Agricultural society and all that.

If you would have asked that directly after The Incident, I would have said that I was in abject misery. However...I'm beginning to appreciate seeing things from the other side of the garden if you get my meaning.

See, I never had it as a child. Or an adult. You know, the whole Jewish thing. But man, do I love bacon.

And you know, I've always liked a man woman person who could look on the bright side of things.

Tell me, do you karaoke?

Really? I would have thought, you know being the Son of God and all, that you were beyond religion and all that. Still, it's something of a comfort to know that you had to obey your da too.

Well, it's either look at things positively or break down into hysterics. And bloodshot eyes are never attractive.

You know, that's a question that I've never been asked. How hard can it be?

Nope, grew up Jewish, with all that entails. So it took me a while to get around to bacon. Hey, we all have to follow the rules.

Karaoke? Isn't hard at all--just follow the words on the screen and sing along. We're having a party, err, sometime soon. You should come.

I'd be pleased to come to your party. Should I bring something with me? Is it okay if I bring a friend or two?

Oh, we'll take care of food and drink, but definitely bring friends. The more the merrier!

Excellent. Consider this my RSVP and I'm sure Klaus will want to come along as well. I've yet to ask Liv, but I'll be sure to let you know as soon as I know.

And as soon as I know where and when, I'll let you know!

I love karaoke.
