Why did I have to wake up...

I hate waking up, having those first few seconds of ignorant bliss, then realizing the events of the previous day... I'm shaking and having yet another panic attack... and crying. I don't know if I can do this. I am so glad I am off work for the next two days. I am sorry I have not replied to anyone as of yet, but thank all of you for the support
