Strict bedrest....
I am only allowed to get out of bed to go to the bathroom and to take a shower. Anything I need throughout the day, I must first ask for.... and boy does it make me feel helpless and extremely dependent. No fun at all! Not to mention, I am extremely bored throughout most of the day. One can only handle so much tv and internet bs in a day.
Yesterday, we thought Dominic might be coming but instead, I was having contractions due to getting a UTI from being dehydrated for so long. So they gave me another bag of fluids, some dilaudid for the migraine and horrible back pain, benadryl so the dilaudid wouldn't cause me to be itchy, and some phenergan to help with the nausea.
I was LOADED and definately sleeeeeeepy. Now I just get to lay in bed and wait it out.... fun! Knowing my luck, the kid will come just in time for me to miss my own baby shower haha! Yet another frustration, several of the invites have not been received and I know they were sent because I addressed and sent them off myself over a week ago... grrr!
