I adore Rani in the movie. This was the movie that helped me appreciate Abhishek (because I felt he'd been underwhelming in Dhoom 2). And the music - Kajra Re - which I've got a friend totally enamored with. The costumes! The sweet story!

Same here, the only thing before this I'd liked of his was Bas Itna Sa Khwaab Hai but that was because I thought him and Rani were cute, nothing else. And then I watched this and crushed on him for years!

I like how he's learned to play up his comic roles. He does well when there's a touch of comedy involved. Plus, I do think he's pretty to look at. ;)

I wish Rani would go back to doing more comic roles though, I think she's really amazing when she's funny.

You mentioned Chori Chori in another comment - I adored her in that role. I admit I enjoyed watching her in Dil Bole Hadippa, but she has such great chemistry with Abhishek that I'd love to see her do more with him.

Same here, her chemistry with Abhishek is just insane. (Even in Hum Tum I briefly forgot the story was about her and Saif and got all excited when Abhishek turned up)But they'd have to do less of the Laaga Chunari Meind Daag stuff and more like Bunty aur Babli to please me. Which is of course their goal I'm sure.

I even think I would have liked JBJ more if Rani had been in it!

Rani is one of my favorites because she tends to have good chemistry no matter who she's paired with, but there's something special and magic about her pairing with Abhi. They just click so well, and it shows that she's one of his favorite co-stars.

Yeah she's definitely my favourite actress of that generation (I onyl include Genelia, Sonam and Deepika in my next generation of bollywood :P) but none of her films have been THAT good for quite a while. So I'm hoping her next one will be good!
