Because both
chuunin and
sasuxnaru piss me off, we shall have a speed rant. One, why does it matter so much to people whether or not SasuNaru becomes canon? It's not going to. I can't think of one shonen manga where a same sex relationship between the main characters has become canon. Why does the fact that it's not going to be canon worry so many SasuNaru fans? In other fandoms, characters die, turn into animals or experience some other horror. But that doesn't make pairings using them any less special to their fans. As someone else put, albeit mentioning things I dislike, even if Naruto or Sasuke do hook up with other people, it's not like their bond is destroyed right there. It's not like they'll suddenly love each other any less. Besides, relationships and break-ups aren't eternal. *glares at AsuCaga* I'm sick of fans rubbing it in SasuNaru fan's face that our relationship isn't canon. No shit! So what? And this randomness with Hinata being an actual possibility for a relationship with Naruto. I'm not going to knock it, but since Hinata has barely been mentioned since she showed up again, I am going to doubt it. I am not looking for a random Vegeta/Bulma thing. Character development is a good thing, yes. Meaning, I want to see Naruto feeling something for Hinata before they go into anything. And the SakuSasu fans confuse me. Look, either you believe Sasuke will be saved or you don't. You can't argue Sasuke is doomed and then go and say he will end up with Sakura. BTW, Sakura got short-changed in the last chapter big time. Kishi, I don't want to see any more of Sakura crying unless she gets punched in the face. This is why I dislike shonen girls unless they are past the teenage stage. No matter how awesome they are, they turn into nothing more than plot devices.
In other news, I'm debating on doing something I probably shouldn't. But it will probably get pushed aside in favor of spending time with Sis.
