This music will be my new weekly obsession.
Warning, this isn't supposed to make sense.

-Whoa, and here I thought the Soushi/Kazuki thing was just fan speculation.
-Soushi is a very scary guy. Possibly stalker.

-Does this make Avis the Bush administration?
-Aww, Kouyou is sweet. He's gonna die.
-This guy who loves the mechs so much will probably die first.
-The dumbass blew herself up. I guess I was wrong.

Opinions? Um, I think I like the storyline more than I like any of the characters. That's a rare thing for me. It's just that there are so many of them and so far, they haven't received much development. KazuShinn is just there and exists to do what the plot (and Soushi) tell him to do. Soushi is kinda a bitch, but not in an out-in-the-open way. It's just his nature. The Fafners are ugly but the system for piloting them is cool, aside from being blatantly ripped off Evangelion. Why does KazuShinn always have to fight with a jet attached to his back? Jetpack maybe, but huge-ass jet? I do like the subconscious duo thing KazuShinn and Soushi have going on when they fight. He does it with the other pilots too, but only on a last-minute basis. My favorite thing about this series is the music. I love it! It's so angsty and tragic and longing. It's the ideal writing music. I need to find some of it on the net. I wonder if I would feel the same way if I had just watched it on my own instead of having a little motivation.
I also need to cap an image of the ending pic just so I can make an icon with the "Oh the angst" mantra. Gundam Seed and Destiny might have bathed in angst, but I think Fafner pumps it through its veins.
Had about six episodes of that. Might switch to Kyou Kara Maou for a spell and alternate the two for a while.
I think Honey & Clover will be next on the agenda, even though my polls availed me not. I just need to find me some.
