sasha_feather and
were_duck, catching up with
matt_betts, and seeing Kage Baker, Patrick Rothfuss, and Sarah Monette. That's right, I'm talking about OddCon. Totally worth the writing skippage; that's my story, and I'm sticking to it. 70 Days of Sweat, Day Thirty-Six and Thirty-Seven: 1000 words.
Total: 30,100 words.
Current short story ("Healing Stone Springs"): 3,700 words.
In other news: Do you know that I have never read anything by George R. R. Martin? I know almost nothing about his writing. Given what you (any of you reading along) have gathered about reading preferences, do you think I would like his books? If so, or not, why?
