i just ordered a set of five organic cotton string bags for grocery-shopping. it includes a little hemp "stuffsack," too. maybe, as a result of this purchase, one day we'll finish using up all of the plastic and paper bags we've accumulated to recycle as trash bags.

they were at reusablebags.com. a set of hemp grocery bags tempted me, but i wanted the flexible string kind, and they didn't have those in hemp.
