I just realised what it is about England that I miss so much...the national community spirit. Everything just has a vibe that I can't even explain. No matter where you are from, everyone gets involved and knows what is going on in the country and they are passionate about it. I am just listening to Radio one and they are talking about Comic Relief and everyone is into it in some way or another. Watching the Brit Awards the other other night made me really sad too. Even the oscars are not that much fun! Nothing is ever dull in the U.K. (well except the weather!) Sometimes I just feel so disconnected...like I live in this country that has so much to offer but I don't know anything about it. Its like there is a serious lacking in culture. I do love it here and I never regret moving and having this opportunity to see the world, but part of me hopes that this isn't forever. Maybe Canada is just too big for me.
