food for thought

Am considering taking a beginners yoga class to improve my core strength, especially since I have been having intermittent lower back pain, lots of stress, and my weight had been going nowhere good and I don't have the energy to anything on weekends other than grocery shopping and laundry.

(I should mention grocery shopping does involve dragging groceries up a hill in a cart. It's a steep hill).

So far, all I have done is ask my younger, fitter co-workers if they think it would help my back and googled for classes in my area. (We will ignore the irony that there is a yoga studio the next building over from my OLD apartment).

Thoughts?
