It's raining. It's been in the 90s for two full days with a heat index well over 100. (A woman on the bus claimed the heat index made it feel like 140, but I think she probably meant 104). And I was out in it from 1:30 until almost 6.
I lost almost 4 pounds in water weight.
(I'm fat, but that's still alot).
