Dumb Move
I live very near the Sports arena. That is where all the major concerts/events are. So I am usually conscious of what is playing, so I can avoid that area.
Not tonight... I wanted to go to Vons (Safeway in WA) to get the turkey they have for sale. And got stuck in traffic... lots of traffic.... lots of pre-teen/young teen screaming girls.....
The Jonas Brothers are in town. Sigh. I could hear screaming from the car... and the concert hadn't even started yet!
Im not a huge fan... and in less than ten years I will be knee deep in tween/teen girls and boys, so I am staying out of it while I can.
Oh, on a side note, My son was on his way to take a nap the other day, and he was looking for me. i was putting something away in the office. He said, "Mom I missed you" I was blessed, and said, "I missed you too Cole... what would you do without me? (I always ask him what I would do without him... its our little joke)
And he looked at me and said in a dead serious tone "Stay up!!!"
