Why cant I watch ....

I hope someone could advice me on why when I watch uTube or any other online flash links, the playback is slow and the audio is aweful .. what do I need to set or is something wrong with my system. I have tried :

1. Uninstalled the flash player, reboot, download latest flash player and its still the same
2. Uninstalled sound driver and reinstalled

Both without any success. Any advice will be appreciated
