Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, and oh hey! Ginger.
I'm currently making Mint Chocolate Cookies, and in between baking batches, I'm also making Chocolate-Covered Pretzels. My pretzels are super-festive, as I'm using up the leftover red, yellow, and green chocolates from my pops in November.
... what's that? I never posted pics of any of those, did I? *sigh* I need to get on posting soooooo many pics. I'm ridiculously behind. Forgive me?
I've also made Brownies, Peanut-Butter Cup Brownies, Giant Ginger Cookies, and Chocolate Chip Cookies. I've got a couple other ideas spinning around in my head, too.
