Oh how time flies
I haven't written here in a while so here's a quick update since graduation:
I got a job at MIS...which is nice when I have something to do, otherwise I just read or piddle around on the computer. But most of the time, I'm getting paid to sit there and read :) How nice.
Went on a family vacation to Orlando, Florida and we went to Disney World. I personally love it there and had a blast, because you can never be too old for Disney...even if we did have fun adventures in getting soaking wet from the rain.
I got a new phone and ever since I have gone talk-happy which is unusual since I get bored on the phone very easily and limit my calls to 15 minutes. Not anymore though...I've been talking for hours at a time on some days. Weird huh?
I am getting excited about college and meeting new people. I found out who my roommate is and sent her an email, but I'm still waiting for a reply.
My sister is currently at our grandparents house so when I get off from work at noon I go home to an empty house. I rather enjoy the time to myself, but I miss her too.
I've been trying to spend time with all my friends before I leave since a majority of my closest friends are staying in the area, either planning to attend UT or Texas State :( I can't wait to spend more time with all of them again and again in the duration of the summer!
