Hey , you dont know me but I was touched by your post:/I understand about some of your pain as I toooo have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue when I was very young (19yrs). I could not walk properly for 5 years and this has an extremely bad impact in all aspects of your life. My fibromyalgia was triggered from a cycle racing accident when I was trying to get healthy. Then I took natural therapies and exercised to get over the fatigue and improve the immune system. There is alot of new research at the moment and new books/info on the net. I worked in natural therapies for a few years and trained in Reflexology, every little bit helps. Have you tried malic acid, magnesium or other supplements that support the immune system?????You generally have bad sleep and require constant supplements to keep the body from cycling the illness over and over. The liver needs to be treated as well , grape seed extract, pine bark, try spirulina and natural same antidepressant which is good for fibromyalgia. Everyone responds to different treatments but if you need heaps more info or help from me, I'm happy to do soo:}I am managing my condition but it has been a loooooong road to health. Stress is a major part of this illness too like you say, just thought it would help to let you know there is someone else that you can talk to about this if you need it:)happy to help and alot of people just dont understand how bad you feel:/

Thank you for your response. I haven't been able to afford the natural remedies, I can't even afford enough food every month. So I haven't had the chance to try those things you mentioned. I've been under a whole amount of stress, I've been being discriminated against by both my last apartment manager and my present ones too. So I have to go through the stressful processes of reporting them to the proper agencies and go through all that crap. I'm also planning on moving once again, it just never eases up. And I had to have a strong talk with my homecare assistant today, to tell her to not clean so much. For me having a house too clean drives me crazy, I hate it that she is cleaning things that were already clean, and her busy activity really bothers me a lot, it pushes me into anxiety and minor panic attacks.

I wish I could get into a place where I can relax more, find things to laugh at a lot more and ease off my anxiety without pills.

My LJ is friend's only and would like to add you to my friend's list so you can read mine and we can interact more often.
