O.T.P. For serious. I wasn't sure if Heechul would get to Siwon, because kissing the drummer is not a convenient thing, but I should not have underestimated them.
Things I love about this clip down to the millisecond, because whatev, they're my OTP, I'm allowed. Heechul walking up those stairs with a mission and waiting patiently for a break in Siwon's drumming. Siwon glancing at Heechul before Heechul makes his move, because he knows exactly what's going to happen. Heechul grabbing Siwon's jaw, oh my god. And my favorite part of all, Siwon nuzzling Heechul's jacket for a second after the kiss, because alsdjfkdsfk!
Siwon is not passive or shocked or whatever super-annoying comment I have seen that boils down to "Siwon is too good and Christian to have gone along with this -- obvs. Heechul the slutty atheist took advantage of him!" I know that's just a minority opinion, but omg, are these people new? Siwon has been throwing himself at Heechul since day one. More importantly, they're BFF, and Heechul is not that much of a bastard.
So Heechul has now kissed Kyuhyun, Jungmo (from The TRAX), Sungmin, Kibum (maybe), and Siwon, in that order. Hankyung was almost number six, but Yesung (who obviously wants me to hate him more than I already do) put a stop to it.
I wonder if Heechul is going to eventually get the smackdown for this. J-rock has lots of kissing, and J-pop has simulated blowjobs, but K-pop's fanservice is relatively tame and lighthearted and nothing like what Heechul's been up to lately. (I don't mean that as a slight to K-pop; I think the natural intimacy that leads to hair stroking, spooning in bed, sitting on each other's laps, etc., all without any thought for fanservice, is a gazillion times more slashy and satisfying than any cheap thrill J-pop has to offer.)
Right now Heechul is popular, known for his outrageousness, and loved by every celebrity in Seoul, and he knows it. But the last time he pushed the envelope wrt his sexuality, the gay rumors got so strong that he had to pull back and be good for a little while. Fortunately, he found that impossible to keep up.
I'm interested to see where he goes next, but in the meantime I hope he chooses Siwon again in Seoul, because the fancams are better there. Amen.
