So I'm playing the new Fire Emblem game on the Cube. I go all the way through this chapter, leveling my weak characters (damn you Marcia, do more than 1 damage!), and it's taken me about an hour and a half. I've killed the Boss and all thats left to do is move ANYBODY to the ship to finish the level. Then the black knight comes out. I knew this was going to happen (I'd reconned the level earlier), and I had made sure nobody was near where he shows up. He appears in the enemy phase, moves nine or so squares, and OHKOs Nephenee at a range of two with his "magic sword". I am a very pissed off gamer.
Imagine if I hadn't known he was going to show up at the very end. It'd be like the game designers aimed to kick you in the balls. "We know its taken you an hour to beat this map, and we put a trigger in when you first attack the boss. And unstoppable kill machine comes out (that is the first character I've seen in the game that is actually invulnerable [seriously, all your attacks have a listed power of zero, which is really unneccessary considering he has a defense in the high forties]) and if anybody is ON THAT SIDE OF THE FIELD they just die." Thanks for playing though. Fuckers. I half expected this Knight to get a dialogue box that said "ROFL pwnd j00 n00b!".
BTW, Jon: Shut The Fcuk Up.
