I finally finished this sucker and now I'm back to American Gods. Just ended chapter two. I know, shame on me, but I'm getting there.
So...
Harry Potter.
Argh!
No, I'm not among the Harry/Hermione masses upset over that coupling. The story pretty much did each of the relationships justice that I actually felt the evolution of Harry falling for Ginny realistic. But that's just my POV. Would have I liked Harry with Hermione? Sure. I'd love to see it. Am I screaming my lungs out because they didn't? Certainly not. J.K. did good here.
Dumbledore though...

Every book just becomes twice as catastrophic for Harry as the one previous, my heart really goes out to Harry for facing all those losses and hardships.
I'm gonna go sulk now.
