black friday
i haven't posted in a while, but ... there really isnt much to say. thanksgiving was great. it always is, and i always love any day where i get to eat ham and macaroni and cheese, and string beans, and whatever else i stuffed inside my body yesterday. and its always nice to see my family get together, although its one side at a time ; first i went to my nana's house ( my mother's mother ), and then spent a couple hours with my dad's side playing hangman and charades, and just catching up. derek called. he's always good like that to remember me on holidays. little things like that make me smile. and i had a really good night last night, and even though i technically went to bed around 1030, i didnt sleep that great so when i had to get up at 4 for shopping today, i wasnt as awake as i should be.
but shopping this year wasnt as much fun as its been in the past. circuit city was RIDICULOUS, lines everywhere and none moving. i didnt buy much, but i did get to spend a morning with my mother, after we dropped off my poor brother who had to work at the mall at 5am. needless to say, i had a good nap when i got home, and i may lay down again for a little bit in a minute.
i was really hoping on getting a new tattoo wednesday, but i went out too late and everywhere was closing. i'm getting a little star tattooed on the inside of my left wrist. im not worried too much about pain, more about the needle going though my skin and hitting a vein, cause my skin is so thin there. and i dont really know if i have the balls to do it today. probably not. maybe tomorrow.
i started reading again. my mom and brother read a LOT, so im jumping on the bandwagon. i used to read all the time when i was younger, then cosmo came out, and i got a license, so i didnt have much free time to just sit around. so i went home last night and picked up a couple books ; my mom literally has a library in the house, and im reading "G Spot" now. i dont really know what its about but im assuming sex. lol. this should be a good one.
k loves, im gonna go do something with the 2 1/2 days of vacation i have left. feels like it FLEW by, and im not happy about that. lol. especially since i haven't done much of what i planned to, but i will wrap whatever gifts i do have tonight, and write out my christmas cards. i dont know about putting the tree up, cause with the cats, and us most likely moving soon, who knows if it even makes sense to.
