Sucess!!!
I am happy to announce that Bananas Foster French Toast is very tasty indeed! Many thanks to my best friend Kyle and to her uncle at the Oley Valley Inn for the fabulous recipe :) For those of you who don't know, the Oley Valley Inn is like, my favorite place to eat of all time (with the Pirate's House here in Savannah coming in a close second). It's about 95 degrees in my apartment right now, because my damn air conditioner is STILL broken, and they haven't even come up to look at it yet. Bastards. I can't go anywhere either, because the people who are coming to replace my broken windshield just called and said that they are going to be about an hour and a half later than they originally told me. I'm really glad I pay so much extra for insurance since the ass monkeys who live down here have nothing better to do than vandalize my fucking car every week, Arrrggghhh. Oh well, I guess I am going to go and read a book...I just finished "A New Attitude" by Charlotte Hughes, who was in my store for an autographing last Tuesday. She's currently writing a book with Janet Evanovich who is my FAVORITE author of all time. She told me that if they are in the area doing signings that I will be first on their list!! Hooray!!! :)
