I decided to take the day off work. My boss is still on vacation until tomorrow, so I figured it would be ok. I also decided to quit the call centre, again. This time I'll make it further than printing out a letter of resignation and bringing it to work. This time I'll actually give it to my boss at the call centre

So I take it you don't have to remain a caller for this other job you applied for at the call centre?

I don't know. All I know is that I hate calling and any job that forces me to do so is not worth having, no matter how good the hours are. I'll have to wait and see tomorrow when I hand in my letter of resignation. Hopefully they'll still consider me for the clerical job.
