So the dreaded visit to the vet has come and gone, and it went a lot better than I dared hope. Sakura was incredibly nice the whole time. It was still very tiring, with Sakura weighing 11 pounds plus her carrier, and the bus breaking down on the way over. My left arm still hurts, and my left shoulder has left the building. When we came back we both dropped on the couch and ate pieces of ham together. We so deserved it!
After that I booked her stay at the cat pension during the holidays, and train tickets for me to visit my family. Yessssss! Now I only have to buy xmas gifts for all of my relatives, and I have zero ideas. Send help.
